Guillermo Clan, Ladera Ranch, CAAhhh... the American dream. Make boatloads of ca$h without having to work--the Guillermos cashed in on the housing bubble, bigtime! They "purchased" 7 homes and all 7 are now in foreclosure. We can thank the collective real estate community for allowing this to happen, but buyers (or straw buyers) were certainly an integral part of the ponzi scheme.
